Society has come a long way in dealing with mental illness. Yet; depression, amid other conditions, still carries a stigma. Due to hormonal changes during menstruation, menopause, pregnancy, and child birth; women are preconditioned to suffer from depression. And so often it is hard to diagnose; however there are some common signs that can give a good indication of exiting depression.

1 -No Energy
Depression can take away the will and the pleasure of activity, even ones deemed to be fun. When a feeling of fatigue and tiredness is persistent without any reason, the answer then is in the mind not the body.
2- Poor Sleep
Insomnia amid other sleep disorders can be a clear indication of depression. When it is difficult to fall asleep and sleep is interrupted multiple times during the night, depression might be the cause.
Feeling desperate is normal after facing a problem or a loss; but when that feeling becomes a characteristic of ones thoughts, depression is to blame for the doom and gloom that infects the patients’ mind. Because of that a depressed women won’t be able to see any way out of her misery and messy life.
As hard as it is to recognise depression, agitated mood and unpredictable mood swings can sign the alarm for others to know that they are dealing with a depressed person. Moreover, those mood swings can jeopardise one’s relationships depraving them from an important support group which will contribute more to their depression.
